Is there a free trial? Do I need a credit card to start?

Yes — 14 days free, no credit card at signup. All features are unlocked during the trial so you can actually run your business on Callisto before deciding. We'll ask for payment info before the trial ends.

Question 3

How does the SMS pricing work?

Accepted Answer

Each plan includes a monthly SMS allowance (Standard 100, Professional 500, Elite unlimited). Twilio carrier costs are built into your subscription — no per-message billing on top. If you hit your limit, we'll prompt you to upgrade or buy a one-time top-up before the next message goes out.

Can I use my own Cash App, PayPal, or Venmo for client payments?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Enter your $cashapp tag, @paypal handle, or @venmo handle once in Settings, and turn those methods on per service. Clients see your tag at checkout with a tap-to-open deep link and pre-filled amount. Callisto doesn't process those payments — they go directly to your accounts. Stripe stays available as the in-app option for instant confirmation.

What does Callisto charge on top of Stripe fees?

On top of Stripe's standard 2.9% + 30¢: Standard adds 2%, Professional adds 1%, and Elite adds 0%. Cash App, PayPal, Venmo, and in-person payments are all 0% — Callisto only takes a cut on Stripe-processed bookings.

Can I cancel anytime? What happens to my data?

Cancel anytime from your Billing settings — your subscription ends at the next renewal, no questions asked. You can export your full client list, appointment history, and transactions to CSV at any time, including after cancellation. After 30 days of inactivity post-cancellation, we permanently delete your data.

Will my clients need to create accounts to book?

Accepted Answer

No. Clients book in under a minute using only their name, phone number, and a one-time SMS verification code. No password, no app download. Their phone number becomes their identity in your client list — repeat visitors get auto-recognized.

Question 8

Can I customize the booking page to match my brand?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Upload your logo and favicon, pick a single brand color (we auto-derive the rest of the palette for you), and choose from curated Google Font pairings. Your booking page lives at callistobooking.com/your-name and reflects your brand, not ours.

Do you have a mobile app?

Accepted Answer

The web app is mobile-responsive — you can manage everything from your phone's browser today. A native iOS and Android app is on the roadmap, after the web platform settles.
